It’s old mold in bathroom walls cracked lobby closes , no coffee in lobby ice machine in my floor broken breakfast limited on items outdated Needs repairs

The breakfast was wonderful. Had a great variety for everyone.

They took my money and I couldn’t even stay didnt even get handed a room key but I can’t get my money back ! I will never book again messed up my whole birthday

I like the fact that everything was easily accessible.

My bed was a little lumpy, like maybe a couple springs were busted.

Everything that was offered was fine. The hospitality clerks were very nice and helpful when I checked in.

I was given Room 215. I experienced a noise that sound like a heating unit or generator that ran all night. I didn't get any rest. I would have taken time to explain during check out, but I didn't have the time. I came there for a funeral, and I was very disappointed about it. Also, there was no warm water or hot water in the sink in the bathroom. The waiter that served the breakfast was very good. A good selection for breakfast. Although, there was no fresh fruit available (i.e. Banana or strawberries). Why? Lastly, I know it was a no smoking facility. Why are guests allowed to come outside their door and smoke. If an individual is checking into their room and have to pass by, the smell, linger onto you. Sorry, I have to give some uninviting comments. Yes, I will stay at Quality Inn if someone can explain to me what the problems could have been. Thank for the services!
