"Not honest with room accommodations"

It was okay

I booked a 2 queen size beds and when checking in they said that they do not have rooms like that. Even though online they said that they do. They are too expensive and not honest with room accommodations.

"May look to another Hotel for our next stay."

Location was excellent. Friendly service.

-We had a suite with a whirlpool in the room. The panel below the tub was off and sitting to the side, not secured. -Several spots where the carpet was pulled back and not secured, by each Ptac/heater. -None of the bedside outlets worked, itโ€™s a good thing I brought my own power brick, to charge my phone. -Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Location

Hotel changed ownership and Booking .com reservation never followed over. Had to pay for the night AGAIN!!!
