The T.V didn't work the entire six day stay and the staff wouldn't do anything about it.

Nothing. you were lucky if you got coffee and toast maybe a piece of fruit it was very disappointing. We had stayed there for three nights

The hotel was filthy. Our bed mattress we inspected for bed bugs no bed bugs but the mattress itself was filthy and probably 30 years old. the second floor had flooring missing in the Halls the walls were filthy the doors to enter the hotel were filthy. There was a lot of traffic in and out with unusual people I would never stay there again.

Breakfast was not to the level of a quality in nothing more than cereal and coffee, no eggs or milk or waffle maker or fruit really cheap looking like they want to save money by cutting Quality to the minimum! selection of food very poor worse I have ever seen . Place was a dump, floor on the corridors damaged, door to the outside is not secured, anyone can just walk in to the rooms areas, hotel looks like a one star motel! Room was ok not sure if the bed sheets were fresh and clean I unfortunately didn't have my uv light. I traveled all over the country for 6 months with The Royal Lippizaner Show and stayed at many hotels every night a different one and lots of them Quality Inn, but this is definitely the worst.

Breakfast and total appearance of the place, security as door to the outside is damaged and anyone can just walk in to the rooms areas, floor looks really bad in the corridors outside of the rooms held together with duct tape.
