Location was not far from my venue.

It was like homeless shelter. You needed a room key to use the elevator but the stairs were unlocked and wide open. They did mop the floors in the hallway and make smell nice but the door was filthy and the baseboards were dirty. It looked like they did do some updating but because of the homeless people roaming around the only ice machine that worked was in the lobby. The staff were really nice.

When I booked online and paid it clearly said I did not have to pay anything upon arrival and I get there and still had to pay a deposit

The room smelt like urine and the beds weren’t made for a new guest. The tv wasn’t working and there wasn’t a phone in my room
