Cincinnati Northeast is our home away from home hotel. We travel to the area 4-5 times a year and always stay at this hotel. Everything from check in to check out is absolutely perfect, especially the registration staff.

"Excellent Marriott Property"

Pasna was wonderful during check in. You can really tell that hotel ownership and management really treats their employees right here because everyone was happy and helpful that we encountered. We had a very spacious suite. From the outside of the hotel, you can tell it is an older architectural style for Marriott, but the inside has been completely renovated and is in perfect condition. We had an ample seating area with a separate bathroom, and the main bedroom had a very spacious 2 sink bathroom and walk in shower. The bed was much firmer than I have experienced in other Marriott properties, but to each their own preference on bed firmness. It was perfectly quiet despite a soccer tournament team being there and a sorority event in one of the ballrooms. Ample safe parking. The M lounge was drinks only on the weekend, but we did have breakfast in their restaurant and everything was very good and the servers were again wonderful and helpful. We did pass the indoor pool and it appeared just as well maintained as the rest of this hotel. I would highly recommend this location and plan to stay here again in the future. Great job team!

Ayse and Olena hooked it up in the lounge with all sorts of great food. Highly recommend visiting the Marriott in Mason, Ohio. This trip was the bomb! 💣

Older property but from exterior but modern and beautiful inside! Alyse is the M Lounge made our 5 year old feel extra special every morning with fresh blueberry pancakes!

I’m staying at this property for a month. Good location - proximity to restaurants and highways. The hotel staff at the check-in (Pasna) and at M lounge (Ayse) took great care. Pls look for them if you are staying here.
