Positive Aspects: The property features courteous and welcoming staff who facilitate efficient check-in and check-out processes. Guest rooms are well-maintained and cleaned to a high standard, with consistent daily housekeeping service. Area for Improvement: The laundry facilities require attention. The single washer-dryer unit located on the second floor appears insufficient for a property of this size, and I would recommend installing at least one additional set to accommodate guest needs. The current equipment shows signs of age and maintenance issues, including visible water leakage at the connection points (currently being managed with towels), extended drying times requiring two cycles for modest loads, and a damaged lint trap missing its top grid. The prolonged drying time suggests either a blocked exhaust vent or the need for equipment replacement. Upgrading these facilities would significantly enhance the guest experience.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Northeast in Cincinnati, and the staff made our visit outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Pasna, whose friendliness and customer focus truly set the tone for our stay. The next day, when I was looking for a luggage cart, Pasna noticed I was having trouble and went out of her way to track one down in the parking lot for me. That level of care and attention is amazing and shows how much she embraces the Marriott values. I’d also like to recognize Alek, Debi, and Jasna for their wonderful service as well. You can genuinely feel the warmth and hospitality this entire team provides to their guests. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming and memorable — we’ll definitely return!

I am consistently impressed by the outstanding service provided by Alyse during my stays at the Marriott in Mason, OH. Her kindness and attentiveness make every dining experience enjoyable and memorable. We stayed at the Marriott Northeast for 5 nights in September 2025. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were professional, friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. The suite we stayed in was lovely and we appreciated having more than 2 towels which we have experienced in so many other hotels. We used the gym several times. The equipment was high quality and well maintained. Loved the cold towels available. The bar served great Old Fashion cocktails :) We would highly recommend staying at the Marriott Northeast.
