Marriott Cincinnati Northeast

We stayed here for the Cincinnati Open tennis tournament. This is the best hotel in the area. We have stayed here fir many years and recognize a lot of the same staff. Ayse in the congiere lounge goes above and beyond every year.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff at the desk when I arrived Saturday evening @ 6pm was so kind and helpful. They recognized my status and explained the amenities and hours of operations. I made a couple requests in the mobile app and they responded promptly. The room was clean and the linem was fresh. This is a great hotel to stay. Thank you .

Have stayed at the Marriott Cincy NE for years and have the pleasure of being welcomed by Pasna at the front desk every year. She’s welcoming and accommodating and has definitely made our yearly trip to the Cincy Open very pleasurable!

I stayed at the Marriott in Mason, OH, and Ayse truly made my mornings better every single day. She took exceptional care of the M Club, keeping it spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming. Her warm smile and friendly personality made it a pleasure to stop by each morning. Ayse goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued, and her dedication to excellent service did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Ayse, for making my stay even better!

Check-in was quick and easy. There was not valet parking, but that was OK, there is plenty of easy parking right out the front door. The room was typical size, modern with a very comfortable bed. The lounge was very well managed and had nice offerings. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The staff at the M Lounge was amazing. Super friendly and super friendly. Especially Ayse!! She was so helpful! The food was good as well!

The service and stay for the Cincinnati Open was fantastic. Close to venue, offered daily shuttle to the tennis, and stellar customer service. Ayse in the lounge each morning was accommodating to any needs we had. Will stay again for the Open next year.

AC wasn’t working very good put it on 65 it was on 72 at check in 4 pm at 7 next morning it was on 71

Nice & classy hotel atmosphere with Cozy room ..Close to all the stores & restaurants..was excellent customer service thanks to the ladies who worked the jazz fest wknd .. Definitely would stay again , take care of those tiny ants that would pop out when you least expect ,

The plumbing was terrible. While taking a shower, the tub would fill up with water and it took a long time for it to go down.
