"Adequate, clean and conveneient."

Location was convenient for work. Walking distance for places to eat as well. convenient to public transport and Albert Park. Facilities were clean and adequate. Didn't need much more for work place accommodation.

Being on Kings' way was a little noisy. It would be nicer if the rooms had a little more sound proofing. Reception didn't open until late in the morning which made it diffiuclt for an early check in as our plane arrived early in the morning.

Great rooms and lovely staff who made our stay way more comforting. Would 100% recommend this place if you’re visiting Melbourne and need a place just out of the CBD, the nearby ANZAC Tram Station make travelling around Melbourne accessible and tourist-friendly.
