"REFUND!!!!! I don't know why Booking.com still recommend this hotel to customers!"

The hotel is old. The bathroom's curtain has stain, obviously need to be changed and has been used for long. We pay not cheap but did not get back the right value of service. When we arrive, no one in the reception, we need to use our roaming to call a local phone number for open the door for us at about 9pm. The water temperature of is not stable, I turn on the water and it get hotter and hotter. And worse case, our room no exhausting fan. I think the hotel should refund for us. Finally, I have to change a new hotel in Melbourne CBD.

The room was really dirty and full of dust The forniture were really old and dusty No sound proof at all I don’t suggest this hotel. Also it’s expensive No worthy it
