"Not great! I couldn't sleep because the bed was terrible, with hair and sweat in the pillowcases."

The breakfast was at best, mediocre on a dirty diner with very dirty windows. They use dark wood, dark tile, dark everything to hide how dirty the place really is.

I like like the Blue heron piece of art on the lobby wall. The place needs some serious deep cleaning. Either invest on a real good breakfast options or get rid of it all together? There is so much better options nearby.

The staff could not have been more helpful, responsive, welcoming, or friendly. They gave me an early check-in, late checkout, a quieter room, and else I asked for. The riverfront rooms are very pleasant.

"Great place to stay"

I highly recommend giving this lovely inn a try! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The front desk staff was fantastic—friendly, welcoming and available 24/7, which made everything so convenient. One of my favorite touches was the complimentary salmon chowder—absolutely delicious! My room was beautiful, spacious and cozy with a view that truly can’t be beat. The location is also perfect, with adorable shops, great restaurants and even a fun candy shop (best chocolate ever)all within walking distance. Housekeeping did an excellent job and the overall service throughout my stay was top-notch. This place really has it all—comfort, charm and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

Same as the best western. Place was nice. The hotels and staff at both were exceptional and helpful and went above and beyond due to the third party booking service messing it all up.

I will never use third party booking services ever again. I will go directly to the hotel. I don’t care about the “discounts”. Smh. My trip this weekend ended up costing me triple wat my budget was smh. Pissed.
