כשבאנו להזמין היה כתוב ביטול חינם הזמנו ממש על ספק גדול. אחרי פחות מ24 שעות ביקשנו לבטל ופתאום היה כתוב שזה לא חינם. כתבנו למלון שאנחנו לא באים כי חייבים לעזוב והם לא התייחסו וחייבו את כל הסכום אפילו שלא היינו שם דקה!!!!!!!!
