"A hidden Treasure"

My family and I came in for a short trip to buy a winter home, we arrived a little ahead of check in and could not enter our room immediately. Logan Cassenti at the front desk took care of us, a true SUPER HERO taking care of guests in a highly professional manner showing what hospitality in its core really means. He let us spend some time in the bistro downstairs, which was amazing as not only was the food phenomenal but the staff made us feel more than welcome and like we were at home. One of the greatest hotel experiences Iโ€™ve ever had - all thanks to the generosity and willingness to assist and go the extra mile, Thank Logan Cassenti for the great service, attitude, hospitality, curiosity and friendly manners. Conclusion: the Marriott of West Palm Beach is worth every penny.

Beware of pricey parking fee. Staff was not particularly attentive - pretty obviously just clocking in and not caring. Not a welcoming vibe. Hotel seemed rundown for the cost. Old bathroom in need of renovation - overall an overpriced, tired hotel.
