"Kim and the Excellent Experience."

This is a repeat of a few times, we love this Bistro: the people here are excellent, Kimberly in particular. She is attentive, warm, and interesting. We had a great chat, and the food is delicious! We definitely prefer this Mariott above all others.

"Service with a Smile"

Bistro 1001 was excellent for breakfast. Food was delicious and a healthy portion. But what was even better was the amazing server Kim. Talk about service with a smile. She helped us with area with what to do...was very attentive to our meals and was just down right a joy. Definitely would return.
