Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to Sequoia National Park.

I did not have a good experience. Check-in was a mess. They did not give us the breakfast vouchers, and when I asked for information, the staff did not know what to say. In the breakfast area, I asked for sugar, and they sent me back to the front desk. Then the front desk sent me back to the breakfast staff. Overall, the service was very disorganized and frustrating.

"Good to average hotel in Visalia"

Overall a good hotel...maybe between Average and Good. Check in was very easy and the guy doing check in was super nice. Also, they had a very nice employee at breakfast who was really helpful. The room was fine. Nothing amazing but generally clean and nice. The biggest drawback was probably the immediate area. We were just passing through so we didn't totally get to see all around but there was one odd guy loitering around the parking lot and another separate odd sketchy loitering guy nearer the front door of the hotel. It could have been a one time thing but it just felt a bit sketchy. I didn't ever go into the convention center and truthfully never saw a path or entrance to it but also wasn't looking.
