Comfort Inn Biltmore West

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept well, which is unusual for me in a hotel. A friend had recommended them, and now I can do the same. Thanks!

I liked the scramble eggs as a warm choice for breakfast. I like that you have to request room service if you want it. Staff was very friendly. I stayed there almost 2 years ago and they've made improvements with cleanliness and staff.

I was there for personal biz. and didn't go out much. There were no movie channels to watch and no conservative news. The refrigerators are extremely noisy, especially making it hard to sleep. A couple of the pillows smelled like dirty hair.

The fact that it was off our main highway of travel. It was easy to get too and food places around the area were favorable.

Everything was right.

The room seemed very clean & the sheets were nice & soft. It was quiet, had an elevator & the location was fine.

Actually the only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast- I wished I had gone out to a restaurant. The coffee wasn’t good, the yogurt was terrible & there could have been more selection in the bagels. But I get it everyone’s on a budget these days.

It was clean safe and comfortable

The hotel was okay. We stayed in a King Suite. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. But I wouldnt even think about sitting on the couch. It was visibly dirty and old. The carpet was worn but didn't look that old. The hotel looks to have been remodeled in the last 5 years or so but there were multiple electrical boxes with plates over them on the walls and painted over. I've definitely stayed in worse hotels but I probably wouldn't stay here again.
