My family was there for a combined family reunion and my sister’s celebration of life. I had a presentation a slideshow on my computer and forgot a cord to finish up before the day. The receptionist at check in provided the cord I needed to finish up. The staff was very polite and helpful for all of us. We had our rooms together which was kind and one large room so we could gather the first night.

The property was not like the pictures. The rooms were old and outdated. The couch was an old dirty fabric couch with the material all pilled up. Looked like something you’d find on the side of the road for free.

"RUDE FRONT DESK and stinky rooms"

The lady at the front desk was quite rude. When my Mom walked in she walked up to the desk and explained she booked online and the lady was very snappy and said that she was checking someone else in and they were in the bathroom…. Completely understandable, but she had an attitude about it. My mom then went to the bathroom and I was waiting near the desk and she said I’m ready to help the next customer, and I said “Mom”, and then she yelled across the whole lobby very rudely, “IM READY TO HELP WHOEVER WAS NEXT”, which was completely unacceptable and came across very rude. While helping my mom was she snarky. Overall the rooms were not nice and had a weird stench. I will not be coming back here.

"Super clean"

This hotel was super clean and nice. We were welcomed in and the hotel was upgrading the exterior which was nice. The hotel is basic, but good. The breakfast was typical reconstituted eggs, for which I didn't care, and things were basic, but if you're okay with that, this was a practical, clean, economical stay.
