Kasa Holiday Apartment

Appartement très bien situé dans la ville. Immeuble très propre. Grandes chambres avec une bonne literie. Communication agréable et réactive des propriétaires : messages clairs et précis. Je recommande ce logement.

Il manque un peu d'ustensiles dans la cuisine et des fauteuils supplémentaires dans le salon.

No tiene ascensor.

Lovely large apartment. Quiet. Clean, well stocked with towels, blankets and kitchen equipment. Loved having a dishwasher! The washing machine and tumble dryer were also useful. Checking in was very easy and communication was fantastic.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Central location, close to the beaches and restaurants, the flat is quite basic, but spacious and equipped with all necessary facilities. WiFi is good and reliable.

The bathroom and surfaces were not properly cleaned, cockroaches were seen several times. No city view advertised were actually seen from the windows. The fridge was old and broken, but the host replaced it on the same day. A €250 deposit was taken via direct bank transfer, with transaction fees covered by the guest. However, only €234 was returned, with the host attributing the difference to bank transaction fees. No explanation was given as to why the guest was responsible for these unusually high fees to the SEPA/Swiss bank account, and why at all the guest should be responsible for fees sending money both ways

Location

There were cockroaches in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. It was not clearly explained that there is no parking. There were not outside windows! All of the windows opened up to walls about one metre away from the window, it felt very claustrophobic, with very little natural light. There was a stain of blood on my bedcovers

Everything was organized super. We booked one day before arrive. Host contacted us immediately to provide all needed information about deposit and etc... We really like that all doors equiped with nuki system, so you can open doors without keys. Place is just 3 minutes from las canteras beach. "Hippo dino" shop is right in a corner. Especially cool, that around many bars, but not under your appartments windows. Also quite good fans in room with night mode. In kitchen is everything what is needed.

Friendly, helpful and patient, even on my birthday when it got a bit louder, they helped to not let it escalate, with police etc. , all in all, a very good accomodation and service.
