Staff was responsive and very helpful. Flat was clean, dishwasher and washing machine was great. Beds were ok. Enough space to store one’s luggage

We had a smart lock which stopped working after some days. It was replaced by a conventional lock. Staff was very quick and responsive via Whatsapp. The kitchen was nice but not well equipped. Bought a cheap knife and cutting board from the Chinese stores. Coffee machine was very old but was replaced within the same day after asking for it. It can be quite noisy in the morning or during the night due to a small club in the same building. People are smoking in front of the club at various hours. We slept with closed windows or Ohropax.
