The breakfast and pool time

The rooms and hotel are clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing, always very nice and helpful. The coffee and breakfast was always warm and tasty.

One of the beds was broken. We called down to front desk and the clerk stated that she would have someone come and look at it in the morning. Employees were very nice and kind. The breakfast area was very congested and they had some type of delivery in the morning during breakfast time. Some of the tables were not available because boxes were on top of the tables. The breakfast selection was good.

The breakfast server Anna was particularly helpful and friendly. She made the stay (and breakfast) a nice experience.

The breakfast was a disappointment for me. I am gluten-free and when I walked up to the person that was doing the breakfast I felt as though it was an imposition to ask for gluten-free bread. Then she came out and just put it with all the other bread and bagels and didn’t even tell me it was there I had to go find her again and ask where she put it. Those that eat gluten-free should have these items marked and they should be separate from the other items When I complained to someone at the front desk she treated me as though it was no big deal. She actually said to me well, don’t let it ruin your day!!!!!
