"Clean and welcoming "

"Rubbish and loud noise and no interest from hotel staff"

The rooms are fairly small and bathrooms tight. The female staff were very good the male staff terrible. We had a complaint about other guests who were slamming doors late at night for a sustained period and the male staff member who I complained to, did not seem interested. My wife had also complained to the 3 young men who were behaving badly and they just did it more with no one from the hotel intervening, On arrival I had tripped over a tray that had been left outside a room just on the corner of the corridor and I noted that the tray was still there 4 hours later. The troublesome guests decided to leave dirty bag of food that was placed right outside our door. Again the hotel seemed unable to deal with such behaviour. Not a great stay and the staff I spoke to were rude.

The location of this hotel was excellenr. My only complaint was they only gave us 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. They gave me more when I asked but would ha e been nice

"Best Location"

Well I flew in front the US and my flight got in early and got to hotel about 10am, asked when check in was they said 3pm. So I was like Im tired so I just sat on sofa near by. Then about noon they let me check in which was super nice of them. I think location wise it's perfect right near old town area. I think the breakfast was over priced 18 euros. I went to look to see what they had and was no way not worth it so I walked maybe 5 min away to mcdonalds and got breakfast pretty easy walk. I would stay here againl, I would recommend it to others for sure.

Fantastic location right near Grand Place. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Walkable to all major attractions. Room is very quiet as well. Triple room is spacious but lacks storage/closet space. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, room is clean. Very pleasant staff, the only issue was the shower head in my room 101 was in a very awkward spot and very hard to adjust. Other than that, we had a good stay and would stay again!
