ibis Brussels off Grand Place

Great location and nice rooms.

The location is excellent, very close to Brussells Central Station and at the centre of restaurants & attractions. We were staying at this hotel for 3 nights the two days was bad weather, raining. Our room was averages, quite disappointing there want any electric kettle & no phones. We were used to tea & coffee facilities, even in *** hotels. Reception was helpful.

Wonderful location, great facilities, and insist on a square view room. Taxi station around the corner made it easy to get around town when beyond walking distance.

Great location close to Grand Palace snd Central Train Station.

I chose to stay at this hotel as it ticked a number of boxes for me - it was central to the train station that would bring me from Bruges, there were plenty of food options surrounding it, and it was located only 5-7 minutes' walk away from the Square Meeting Centre where I would be attending a conference for a few days. Arriving at the hotel in the mid-afternoon, my room was already available. Travelling solo, I was pleasantly surprised that it was an attic room with a double bed as well as a separate single bed. The extra space was appreciated as it allowed me to sort out my conference materials apart from my sleeping area. My impression is that the room did not offer air-conditioning but there was a couple of small windows which could be opened slightly to allow cool air to enter - this was fine for me as I was travelling in early-spring. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the bathroom, while quite small, had reliable hot water delivered at a good pressure. Wifi worked fine and there were no incidents of broken connections. My room also came with breakfast included, and a decent continental spread was offered each morning. The breakfast area also had adequate seating and I never had any problems finding a table despite many of the guests having breakfast around the same time (some were also participants of the same conference I was attending). The other interesting feature in the hotel was a self-service area containing lockers which was very convenient for storing luggage either before checking in or after checking out. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay, and would not hesitate to do so on a future trip.

Outstanding service, room was clean, close to all the attractions. Very quiet room !!!

Everything was perfect. All staff was super friendly except for one specific member working the front desk. She had a attitude when we asked her a question.

All major tourist sites seem to be a five to fifteen minute walk at most, and the local train station is just 5 minutes away if one prefers that. Desk is staffed 24/7 with an optional breakfast (which I did not purchase, so cannot review). I would recommend this hotel, especially if you need to do laundry as a self service laundromat is just two blocks away. A Carrefour Express is by the train station as well, local supermarket. I experienced no problems here.

Family vacay in Europe. We don't vacay for the hotel rooms, so we're not looking for five star hotels. This one is comfortable enough and VERY close to Grand Place and various attractions and shops. Only wish the A/C worked better at night.

Very Clean , nice staff, so close to train station and the location is in middle of all attractions only thing to consider is room do not have coffee maker.
