ibis Brussels off Grand Place

The hotel was great, great location. The only suggestion that I have is to educate your staff on giving directions. There was a flyer on the desk offering tours so I signed up for one. The first employee that I asked for directions to get to the bus, stated she did not know. The next day I asking another employee that sent me in the opposite direction from where the buses were parked and the tour started. I had to walk approximately 30 minutes extra, just to find that the tour buses were actually parked approximately 2 blocks from the hotel. The tour was great, just educate your staff please.

Absolutely in the center of everything. Awesome hotel, great staff, didn’t eat breakfast since you had to pay but it looked good. Only disappointed about the cost of a breakfast. But otherwise clean spacious rooms literally close to everything fun to do!

We stayed here for one night - the location is good, very close to Grand Place and the Central Station. The room was nice although it wasn't ready even by 3PM when we were told we can check in. The staff still checked us in 15 minutes later so it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, a nice choice if you are looking for a central location in Brussels.

Great place and superb location

The location is good but the I’m afraid the rooms are not up yet I standard. Carpets covered in stains. Bathroom extremely cramped. How on earth you can run a breakfast service from 6.30 until 10.30 but run out of bacon by 8.30 on a Saturday morning and then have none on the Sunday?? There is no excuse for running out of supplies as you will know how many guests you have booked in advance. The service from the staff was ok but one member of staff excelled in customer communication skills. The chap that served in the bar. Polite, welcoming and helpful.

Room was very small but the small window gives you the feeling of even a smaller room, very claustrophobic feeling. Location was excellent! Clean room…only needed for sleeping. Nothing memorable about it.

Close to the centre for bars restaurants and entertainment only a few minutes away from the central railway station. And operating a left luggage section for after check out and before our train departed
