Our room was never cleaned. Had to go to the desk for clean towels. Even after going to the desk no one came to clean it. Guest in the hall were loud until 1am. AC broken in the lobby to hot to take eat the breakfast. Very disappointing. Checked out a day early.

The air conditioning in the lobby and corridors wasn’t working, and the internet was down, so I couldn’t work, and the tv didn’t work either. The room is clean, and the staff are friendly.

Property was outdated. Pool & hot tub was not open. Hallways, elevators, rooms & common areas were dirty. This was probably the dirtiest Hampton Inn that I’ve ever stayed in. I was very disappointed.
