The pool wasn’t open and the pillows are not the best

Silly me. I should have read the reviews before just trusting the Hilton name. This was so disappointing on so many levels.

I enjoyed the great breakfast and selections of coffee. I highly recommend this hotel.

We are Hilton Honors members and fluctuate between Diamond and Gold status. I write that to demonstrate our loyalty and typical satisfaction with Hilton properties. Room 112 – As soon as we opened the door to the room, we would smell sewerage. The desk was alerted and they immediately sent a maintenance person who sprayed air freshener. Within a few minutes the smell returned. We asked to be moved to a different room and was placed on the third floor. • The carpet in the room was ripped and dirty. • The arms of the chair were black with dirt. • The hallway carpeting was filthy. • The water pressure was not good. Room 326 – This room smelled better but like room 112, the arms of the chair and carpeting were filthy. Equally annoying was that the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty and the soap dispenser was broken. I found this out only once I was IN the shower! In every other Hilton property we have stayed in, there was always a night table on each side of a king bed, not in this property – there was only one. The breakfast area was less than clean. Hilton should be ashamed to offer this property under their name. This hotel was so bad, a cleaning would not help. The entire hotel needs renovation with everything new including carpeting & furniture. The plumbing needs to be corrected. The photos they use for the Internet must have been taken a long time ago or at another property! They say the hotel was recently updated; however, that cannot be accurate. On the positive side, the staff were all polite and helpful.

We stayed at your hotel a couple of times and Shawna went above and beyond with her service to make sure we were comfortable. We rebooked at your hotel and recommended your hotel to family because of our wonderful experience
