Quality Inn Dubuque on Hwy 20

Very clean, staff friendly,

Employees smoking at the entrance where you’re forced to smell ! Noisy room for sure .

There is nothing by this place, the staff was extremely rude and do not allow me to do a late check out as I was in town for business and had to accommodate the things I was doing. However they did offer 30 extra minutes, I declined after they were so rude!

Friendly service and hotel rooms are pretty clean. Breakfast is fine as well.

Last minute stay, because of hotel change. Front desk was very friendly, went and personally checked to make sure our room was cleaned and ready to go. Right by highway, so easy access to things. Only downfall was our room was handicapped accessible, and so our shower head was pretty low.

The first room reeked of cigarette smell. The front desk was quick and efficient in getting us a new room.

The first room reeked of cigarette smell. The second room seemed fine until the morning when we showered. The shower had clumps of hair from previous guests. Very gross. The beds were uncomfortable.

It was clean and easy to take belongings to the room.

Room was pretty small.
