Very rude staff, room was and shower difficult.

Hotel bien ubicado, prestaciones básicas. Faltaba toallas de mano, rostro, etc. Habitación un poco oscura y muebles muy basicos

Vey conveniently located for the city centre and close to the excellent tram lines. Reasonably priced.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient, and eco-friendly stay! In addition: The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and they didn’t mind speaking French to me, even though I'm only an intermediate speaker. The breakfast was great, and the bar was a lovely place to have a well-made morning coffee made with a smile :) The location is so close to a major tram line and multiple bus lines, so it's really easy to make your way anywhere from there. Bonus: Pass on the housekeeping if you stay for 2 nights or more, and you get a free drink as an eco-friendly incentive!

The bed was very comfortable, the A/C was working amazingly. We did the online check in which made our arrival very fast. The breakfast had a lot of options and was good.

The staff were very helpful and spoke very good english. Even though the rooms were basic they had everything we needed, but the staff really made this hotel experiece a great one!

After wrapping a two week trip through France, the family really enjoyed this hotel. It was large enough for three people per room and the amenities are amazing. Several tram and bus stations are nearby and it’s a very short walk to the Cathedral and other locations. If you are traveling with a group this should be on your list for places to stay in Bordeaux.

Excellent location and very friendly, helpful staff. Bordeaux centre can be expensive for food and drinks but we found IBIS to be excellent value.

Excellent for walking into the centre (10 minutes), and tram stop outside for airport. Decor a bit dated, but rooms perfectly functional and comfy beds. Lack of aircon (room was very warm) and tea/coffee making facilities is a shame.
