Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center

Beautiful, so clean, such respectful staff! One in particular stood out… Jordan, I believe she’s over housekeeping, whom I’ve never met face to face, but spoke with over the phone. She made our stay so special! My 91 yr old mother and I stayed one night here before heading to Knoxville/Clinton TN for some antiquing. Jordan went over and above to make sure our stay was just right. I really hope she sees this review, and that management knows how special she is. I want to personally thank her again! Our room was so clean and beautiful, overlooking the Cascades atrium. I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough! You’ve just got to stay there at least once in your life. There’s nothing like it! The bellman who helped us to our room was so sweet to my mother, she so enjoyed their conversation. The staff cannot do enough for you, they all made our stay so pleasant! You feel like royalty! Over priced

If you are visiting Nashville & have some extra time go visit the Gaylord Opryland Resort. It's located right near the Grand Old Opry & I recommend parking for free in the huge mall next door. The Gaylord sight is incredible with beautiful architecture, landscaping, & several lounges & restaurants to choose from. Just walk in & be amazed.

The setting is absolutely stunning—almost paradise-like. I was especially emotional seeing some of the plants that reminded me of Africa. It brought back wonderful memories, and that made the experience even more special. The entire resort is impressive and truly unique.

the hotel is giant and can feel like a maze at times, so a good sense of direction definitely helps! As for the rooms, they are not very spacious compared to other hotels I usually stay in, and the décor could use some improvement. One important point that really needs attention: the availability of sanitary products. My period came earlier than expected in the middle of the night, and there were no sanitary pads available in the room. For a hotel of this standard and price, this is something that should definitely be provided.

It would be nice to have a pizza parlor inside the facility, especially for families with children.

The price shock of over 600dollars a night for a room. This did not include breakfast and around 37dollars to park per day. The Sound Wave Water Park was not included in the price of the room. The Sound Wave Water Park price is another 49dollars to 79dollars a day. I could have drove to the beach in Florida for the weekend cheaper than 1 night at Opryland Hotel and Resort.
