Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center

I LOVED EVERYTHING. THE ROOM, THE FOOD, THE VIEW, THE CONCIERGE, THE LOBBY WORKERS, THE WATERFALLS, THE BALCONY, EVEN THE NOISE FACTOR OF THE GUEST (VERY RESPECTFUL), AND THE SOUNDWAVE. OMG IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!

THAT I COULDN'T STAY LONGER.

Overall, it was a nice place—it really made you feel like you were in another country. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the people were great. Unfortunately, our room was just average, and we had an issue with a leak in the bathroom, which was disappointing. We also dined at one of the mall’s well-known steakhouses and spent around $500, but the experience did not match the price. The waiter explained ahead of time that, because the Gaylord Resort is designed like a greenhouse, the food might appear a different color—but when our steaks arrived, they were clearly overcooked and burnt. My steak was burnt, and my wife ordered filet mignon well done, which also came out overcooked and lacking flavor. For the amount of money we spent to treat our family, it was not worth it, old houese steak not worth it.

The grounds were beautiful

Our room smell like sewer and did not get adequate service to take care of the problem. It took two days to get a maintenance man in our room.

The breakfast was delicious but I had kids with me (3) and it was really hard to go bck and forth tobget their food while they sat at the table alone . Luckily my waitress stayed and kept eye on them :))

I thought o had picked the one with the balcony . I couldn’t see anything but a wall out my window
