Front staff were friendly and the pool and hot tub were nice

The hallway smelled like marijuana and cigarettes, the housekeeping was not the best dirt in the drawers vents full of dust. Doors slamming and people loud in the hallway is all night long.

I’m writing to formally report a very disappointing experience during my stay from July 4 to July 7. I actually left early due to the following issues: Unclean and uncomfortable rooms – The room smelled bad and was not in a livable condition. Hazardous water in the hallway – There was water in the hallway, and I almost slipped and fell. Key card issues – My key card constantly stopped working, and I had to go to the front desk every time I needed to enter. Violation of privacy – Hotel staff entered my room without my permission while I was away, which is unacceptable. Overall, the stay was very uncomfortable and unsafe. I would like to request a refund for the unused portion of my stay and hope appropriate action will be taken regarding these .
