There were bugs in my bathtub both days

They had a continental breakfast. Nothing special but it was decent. Only good thing about this hotel was the location.

The bed was uncomfortable. It's an old metal spring mattress. The pillows were flat and the size of a throw pillow. The rooms are very small. The WiFi was ridiculously slow. Couldn't hook up a firestick to the tv. The internet was so bad the firestick probably wouldn't have worked anyways. The pool was very murky. You could hardly see the bottom in 3 feet of water. There was minimal parking. I actually had to park on the street because the parking lot was completely full. No thank you. I wasn't impressed. Won't be staying here again.

Rude staff. They called to ask me if I actually need a handicap room. Illegal. The room stunk, and they went in the room with the dnd sign on. They offered us $20 back. Ridiculous and gross.

I like the updates they have done.

The room we were given was not cleaned properly and had an odd smell with water all over the floor. When we went to the front desk we were offered our money back. I asked to clarify and the only option at first we were given was to get our money back and leave because they had no other rooms. I explained we want to stay but our room is filled with fruit flies and water on the floor. Magically there was a different room to move in a bit further down the hall. I understand things happen but the first thing you do shouldnt be tell the guest they can leave.
