Had an amazing stay here at this property and got a complimentary room upgrade. The staff were all super nice, accommodating, and welcoming. I highly recommend others to stay here.

Wonderful as usual. However they charge you for bottled water in the room.

Loved the Oak Bay hotel. Rooms comfortable, clean, grounds beautiful, staff very helpful, would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Exceptional food really good service people everywhere to help the pools immaculate clean people are respectful really good place to visit.

Beautiful property and outstanding views. All of the staff from valet, reception, bartenders, housekeeping and spa were very friendly and went above and beyond to assure our stay was pleasurable.

Overall, everything was good and my friend and I were satisfied, but the lack of a breakfast buffet is a weakness in my opinion, especially for a 5-star hotel. I have traveled to many countries and this is the first time I have not seen a breakfast buffet in a luxury hotel. However, the behaviour of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were excellent.In addition, the quality of the food was very average and the variety was very limited, making it difficult for those with food allergies or who don't eat pork to choose.
