Such a peaceful weekend!

Such a lovely place. It is a relaxing atmosphere with gorgeous veiws. It is a quick trip to downtown Victoria, but away from the bustle. I can't recomend this property enough and am looking forward to my next stay.

Had a fantastic stay this is very quiet and boutique hotel, it’s not small and not very big not crowded and the view is fantastic the pool and spa was amazing had a chance to take a massage there and it was very nice. Overall it was the best decision that I reserved this hotel. And will definitely go back !

Stay was ok, our fireplace was broken and our tv was broken. When we arrived in our room, I went to sit outside and our balcony had no chairs that would fit on the balcony so I called the front desk and he said that some have big balcony’s and some have none. We went to the pool one morning and we had gone to get a breakfast sand to eat. We were told that we weren’t allowed to bring outside food in despite us sitting at a table and not up at the pool. The second day we got a menu and it had virtually no breakfast items on it at all, so we left again. Also it asked if we were celebrating anything when we made the reso. And I wrote on it that I had been diagnosed with a terminal blood cancer. Approx a couple of months ago, they told me I was in remission and that was what we were celebrating. Not one person said anything about my celebration. So unimpressed.

Another wonderful stay at one of Victoria’s best hotels. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by welcoming and friendly staff; always only the best service and upscale hospitality. We can’t wait to be back!

Wonderful spa amenities but they are very popular. Lounge chairs fill up fast, so don’t expect to be able to head to the pool anytime you want. Only drawback were the dining options. Service at the Snug was slow and mistakes were made both for dinner and breakfast. Just plan on eating out in town.
