The mineral pools were wonderful and being open until 11.00 pm were an option after an evening out. The food as well-presented but somewhat over-seasoned to my taste.

We stayed oak bay beach hotel two years ago and everything was so good.however,we are surprised by poor quality of house keeping services this time. it might be sorry to say that,we hope oak bay beach hotel is the first choice for us .

Our experience here blew our expectations. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and do a staycation, and he kept marvelling how he forgot we were still in BC. Gorgeous waterfront views from the pub restaurant, amazing Italian pizza from Faro, and the rooms are super clean and modern. Our favourite was the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and the mineral pool and hot tubs on the plaza. Our server Nikayla was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back!

Nothing to complain about this stay: area was good, bedroom was quiet and comfortable, pool area is gorgeous and water is heated, staff was always kind. Only reason I am not giving full marks is because in the end I feel it was too expensive for what it offers. No breakfast is offered and you still have to pay $30 a day for parking. It is cheaper to go to an actual resort in the Caribbean or South America with much bigger facilities & amenities. I understand though that for Canadians that are not used to the resort experience this can be a good alternative for a night or two.
