"A super resort for the discriminating guests."

Excellent location coupled with friendly and helpful staff makes the Boar Head’s Resort a very special place. The food is excellent, the grounds are well maintained, and the Sport Complex is truly superb.

"Over the top Resort experience! Everything was the very best!"

The Boars Head Resort is "1st Class" all the way. From your arrival to your departure, the staff, the ambiance, the dinning, the bar, the Sports Club, the manicured grounds and The Spa was all over the top. We have visited there over five times and each time is a great experience. I highly recommend

Our room did not have a functioning HVAC. They came to fix it but never communicated with me and nothing improved. I was told that I would be compensated for two uncomfortable nights but haven’t received any proactive communications. Additionally no one has returned my inbound calls. Bad service.

Room seemed tired and bathroom needed some TLC. Water leaks left wallpaper peeling, dresser foot was broken. Everything needs to be “freshened up.”

"Wonderful experience all around from tennis to hikes to surrounding vineyards. Just a couple of miles away from UVA."

We had a great time. The Mill Room from meals to live music was very relaxing. The spa was wonderful and if you like tennis and/or golf it's a great resort for a long weekend. We were there for a wedding and decided to stay away from all the festivities of the UVA events, football, bullriding, etc.

Beautiful grounds. Room was a bit better than average, but it was in an adjacent building that had zero amenities, not even ice or snack machines. Would not go there again, not the upscale experience I expected.
