Very plush and classical design. Lovely staff.

The suite was lovely but the bathroom is so tiny, with the toilet almost blocking the entrance. Breakfast is very underwhelming and staff there a disorganised.

Should bring ice to rooms during turn down. Not enough not paper. Bathroom was tiny. Was disappointed that there was a lobby or other place to just sit.

Elevator and access to it was awkward. Staff was very helpful but with a wheelchair we couldn't do it alone.
