Harbor Court Hotel

The bay view rooms are a unique and pleasant experience. It is also in a great location. We did not experience any issues with the location. There were many restaurants and nice areas close to the Hotel.

From the first minute of my late arrival, I could feel the graciousness of the staff and in the morning, I could see what a great location it was situated on. After Continental breakfast, the staff. and Tony, was helpful in directing me thru my stay. I got guidance on where to walk and what to see and good restaurants...

What a gem of a hotel! I had the fortune of staying in one of the rooms looking right at the Bay Bridge and Ferry Building, which is one of the most iconic views in SF. The room itself was cozy, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I spent s lot of time in it because right before I arrived I blew out my back. But this was an ideal location to heal. The reason it was ideal is not the room or the view. Although thise helped. The reason is the staff! Every single person i met was kind, helpful, empathetic, and friendly. I was only here 2 nights but remembered by each of them. Two standouts who really went above and beyond their already very accommodating colleagues were Noriel at thr Front Desk and Javier with Valet. Both took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable and not exerting myself, like I normally would. Always big smiles and a helping hand. I've visited SF many times, used to live here, and also work in the events and hospitality industry and this hotel was never on my radar...that has definitely changed. I hope to come back soon!

This was a wonderful gem. It is perfectly situated on Embarcadero within easy walking distance to the Ferry Building. We enjoyed the Farmers Market on Saturday, the bakery and restaurants on other days. There is easy access to BART as well as the cable cars. Our room had a great view of the Bay Bridge which had a light show every night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband used the YMCA amenity and had no difficulty accessing their services. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, especially the common area, and a great location facing the Bay/Embarcadero. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise - not common in most SF hotels I've stayed in. The room was nice but my one complaint was that while it got great natural light in the day time - the interior lighting at night was insufficient (one floor lamp and one reading lamp on the side table). (I was trying to pack for an early departure and needed to shine a flashlight in the cabinets etc to make sure I didn't miss anything since room lighting was not adequate). Also, you may want to avoid room 607, which doesn't even have a "normal" window (it's covered up because it faces the air compressors/equipment outside). We were initially given that room and requested another one because of that. We were given the room directly above (707) which did have a normal window and looked down on said equipment. Otherwise, friendly staff and top notch experience.

Excellent location, decent breakfast and a nice happy hour

The tv was small and mounted in on an odd angle but it really didn’t bother us.
