I stayed at Stanford Hotel for 2 nights and honestly, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The reception team was excellent from the start. During check-in, they kindly upgraded my Urban room to a newer, bigger room with 2 single beds, which was such a nice surprise. Breakfast was really good, and I loved that the menu changes every day, so it never felt repetitive. The room itself was very comfortable for two travelers. We had two large suitcases, and everything fit perfectly with room to move around. The room is definitely big by Hong Kong standards, which is a huge plus. The location is amazing. Just one street away is Sneaker Street, and it’s only a short walk to Ladies Market. Right downstairs, there’s a 7/11 and plenty of restaurants. Food shops and shopping areas are literally everywhere around the hotel. Transportation is also super convenient: - MTR station is about 8–10 minutes away (depending on your walking speed) - A21 airport bus stop is also around 8–10 minutes away I will surely book this hotel again, and every time I visit Hong Kong, Stanford Hotel will be my first choice. Highly recommended!! This stay truly went beyond my expectations!

The location is perfect, very close to all public transport. The staff is very kind and helpful. This is my first time in Hong Kong, and John especially helped me a lot. He always solved my problems quickly, and gave me great advice on places to visit and how to get there. My room was very clean and comfortable. The service here is excellent in every way. Thank you so much.

We had a situation that required seeing a doctor and the receptionist was very helpful! She printed out all the nearby walk in clinics’ informations and even offered to call them for us. By doing this she helped us save a lot of time and money since we found a cheaper clinic with a very competent doctor and in walking distance. (the clinic we found online was about twice the price and 1:40h away by public transportation). This definitely improved our experience. Also the man that helps with the luggage was very nice and helped us suggesting the time we should call an uber (way better timing than we would’ve made) and to get the right address to the cruise terminal.

We were very happy with our stay. We had a connected room on the 18th floor and it was quite spacious. The bed was comfy and clean.

Excellent hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Special mention to Simon who went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. Bed was nice and firm, pillow was perfect for a great sleep. Location of hotel is close to many eateries. Can thoroughly recommend!

The rooms are a little tired but hotel is conveniently located. Special mention to Vanilla who was very helpful with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. Her tips really made our trip!
