Stanford Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Stanford Hotel and want to extend our sincere thanks for the exceptional hospitality. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful room on the 17th floor, offering a truly mesmerizing view. For Hong Kong, the room was impressively spacious and very comfortable. A special thank-you to the housekeeping team. Despite the hotel’s focus on sustainability, our room was always spotless, fresh, and well maintained. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and reception area were fantastic and added a warm, festive touch to our stay. Breakfast was simple but very satisfying, with everything we needed to start the day well. All essential amenities were provided, making our stay even more convenient. Thank you again, and good luck to the whole team. We look forward to staying with you on our next visit!

Staff were very helpful, Simon was amazing, approving my early check in and even help me to make an early booking of the airport taxi due to my flight schedules .

Location of the hotel is very accessible to shops, restaurants, and other tourist spots. Atmosphere is very homey and the staff are friendly and nice. The rooms are quite small for families with big luggage/s. Room amenities should include shaver or razors, cotton buds or balls, face towels, etc. Cleanliness is superb. Noise level is acceptable. Service is very good especially with the Front Office Staff and Supervisor, Mr. Simon Lo. You have to improve on the food selection at the breakfast buffet. Offer variety of choices.

Location was not bad, about 10 mins walk to Mongkok station. Breakfast was okay too. Room size was also okay for hk standard. Downside is the hardness of the bed and the pillows were too soft. It felt as if I didn’t sleep on a pillow at all.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Simon Lo who helped us to organise transport to the airport. In addition we will like to mention that the housekeeping staffs are doing a great job. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

The staff of this Hotel is very friendly, polite and Pro-active! The room is clean and big enough. The location of this hotel is very close to MRT and Mong Kok shopping mall.

Excellent hotel, close to subway stations and plenty of local amenities. Good range of food for breakfast. Staff were excellent and very friendly and I am very grateful for allowing early checkin/late checkout due to flight times. Plan on visiting HK again next year and will definitely be staying in the Stanford. Thank you. Colin Barrie, Scotland.
