Location was excellent. Room was a good size. Check in staff were very helpful and friendly. A delicious breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

It would have been nice to be aware that the Bentley experience was only available at weekends as we had been looking forward to this. Parts of our room were very dusty especially at the side of the bed. Window surrounds need cleaning. Small travel sized shampoo and body was would have made bathing a lot easier.

Room and bed comfortable; good cleanliness, including public areas; effective air conditioning; excellent breakfast (quality and choice); attentive restaurant staff; lots to see-and-do within easy walking distance.

Lots of stairs/steps to negotiate; restaurant lacking atmosphere (it needs to attract more customers!); restaurant/bar/buffet areas need a 'refresh'; more servers required for bar and courtyard areas.
