Somehow I was registered for a handicap accessible room. Since I didn’t need that the kind gentleman at the desk gave me a free upgrade. Later, when I couldn’t get the TV to work and brought the remote to the desk he immediately found the problem in a battery that had been switched. Great service, modern, new facility, and a good value!
