"Not able to stay and need a refund"

I NEVER STAYED AT THE PROPERTY.

I had made the reservation on a long road trip. The property was in a list of pet friendly options. However, after driving 14 hours and in a rain storm…I found out at the front desk that pets are not allowed. I wasn’t offered a refund ….nothing.
