"Nice clean room with friendly staff but the mattress needs to be replaced."

The size of the room was great and enjoyed the soaking tub. Breakfast was pretty good and all the staff we had interaction with were very helpful and friendly.

The bed was not good. The mattress was too soft and seemed worn. I slept on the couch two out of the three nights because my back hurt. If the hotel had a pool/hot tub that would help people with aching joints that have been traveling or hiking all day.

"Great Service Made Up for the Snow Conditions"

Came to Jackson for a ski trip with my boyfriend, and while the snow conditions werenโ€™t ideal, the Hampton Inn made the stay truly enjoyable. The team was incredibly friendly and always happy to share helpful local tips. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was a great way to start each day. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jackson.
