Hampton Inn Jackson Hole

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Room clean and comfortable. The location ideal to get around and sits by a Target. Love the outdoor fire pits and grills. The staff and general manager were also amazing. We had to leave her for a family emergency. The were professional and caring. Staff and management make a difference!

Room was quite small compared to competitors charging that price.

Your welcome email said masks are required for both your staff and guests. Obviously your email has not been updated in a long time. Your written guidance also says you would make up the room every other day, which did not happen.

This Hampton Inn has a potential for greatness. A little tweak in the execution of some things would make all the difference in the world. That being said we met some fantastic employees. Sherry at the front desk was very helpful and we met a gentleman named Chuck who really went out of his way to be interactive, a great conversationalist and gave us some good hints of places to check out. The hotel itself is conveniently located between a target and Albertsons grocery store, so you can get pretty much anything you need There is an outdoor fire pit that on some evenings a local comes and play his violin. Our room was on the first floor at the end of the hallway. The hallway ends in a sort of cul-de-sac. Unfortunately, I think that contributes to the noise that was prevalent. I heard people snoring, and the close proximity of the rooms you were very aware of everybody coming and going. Another observation was on the third floor , the laundry room is situated between two guest rooms. I would advise not getting rooms. I believe it was 315 and 317 they were smack in the middle of the elevator and laundry room. The rooms at the end of the cul-de-sac are 130, 131, 132, 133. We were in room 132 and it had a nice little deck with a back door entry and two rocking chairs out there. This was shared with the room next-door who had their own rocking chairs. It was a nice touch. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare. She didn’t always open on time but definitely shut it down exactly at 10 AM. It seems like she struggled to keep everything replenished, every morning we had to wait for some hot food. The TV was difficult to navigate. The rolling TV guide was not accurate and all of the channels were not accessible by the remote control in the room. We asked at the front desk, but the clerk stated she did not watch TV so she didn’t really know and that just some channels weren’t available . It was the local channels that were not coming on the TV but they were able to be seen in the breakfast area because they had the right control to use. There is one computer available in the lobby, but the printer was not working or connected. We tried to use that and when we asked the desk clerk, he said it had not been working for at least a month. He did try to be helpful and say I could send my document to his email and he would print it for me at the desk, but I did not want to send a personal document . Overall, the place was very clean and most of the people were very helpful.

We enjoyed a very nice stay at the Hampton Inn Jackson Hole. It is located close to many places to eat and stores within walking distance. The staff was very nice , friendly, and great with recommendations. The night clerk....sorry I didn't get his name was very nice and was always respectful. Would definitely recommend this Hampton if you are in the Jackson area.

It was clean and fit in the western architecture of Jackson Hole.

Guest clerk not very friendly. No pool-but I guess I shouldn’t have assumed ther would be one, but for the price thought there would be. Room very small
