Hampton Inn Jackson Hole

Great quick stay! Room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast is your typical Hampton Inn but good for a pre hike carb load. Parking was easy and you’re about 5 minutes from Jackson Center. A majority of our time was spent outside of the hotel but it was perfect for us to sleep and get ready for the day!

Good property

After 14 days of checking out, I am struggling to receive incidental charges collected at the time of check in that ought to be refunded as soon as possible. What a pity? Why collect the charges if Hilton does not have mechanism to refund. The charges are insignificant but all along one has to remember, communicate and give all particulars of reservation for the mechanical person sitting somewhere online. Awful!!

Couple Great Hotel for a last minute stay during our travel through Wyoming. We needed to have a king size bed. The room was nest and clean. The staff was also helpful. The breakfast in the morning was just lovely, with a good selection of hot and cold items.

This place is tough to find. The sigh was blocked by construction.

I would not normally add a review after so many have already been written, but it looks like none of them are all that recent. I suppose it is because it is pretty much just what you would predict a Hampton Inn would be. Just with a bit more of a western theme. No complaints, although we were very early in the season and it was not full. I would give it a 4.5 except I have to stick with integers. Very predictable Hampton Inn room with good bedding, but I will elaborate on some of what has already been said. Smaller rooms than some, but with a very effective and efficient wall unit stretching the space. We would like another chair, but that problem is all over. The wear issues some mention seem to have been rectified. The staff was fine. The 24-hour coffee and tea in the lobby was appreciated and nice. There are two fire pits in front by the parking lot. They work better than it sounds. Breakfast was brand standard. Not less or more. Did run out of eggs one day. I think at full load the room might get crowded. Located well outside of downtown. If you are there to prowl the square it might not be your place. (But the square has largely turned into high-end outlets, haute cuisine, and art galleries not catering to the average park visitor. Even the t-shirt shops are upscale. Not the delightfully eclectic local merchant place it was 30 years ago). It is Jackson. It is a tourist trap. Everybody's room rates are high. Including places that are far older than this hotel. That is just a given. Location is good if you are going west from Jackson into Idaho or even looping around to West Yellowstone. If you are going to the south entrance of Yellowstone (not yet open when we were there) or Grand Teton, you will be crossing back through town to do so. Around the corner off the highway, which helps with road noise. If you are there for one night on a way to more rural place and need to stock up, there is a path to an Albertsons Grocery Store one way, and a Target is across the street the other way. I really would avoid the rooms in the middle of the third floor (I think 314. 315, 316, and 317) unless you are impervious to some noise (elevator, laundry, and ice machine). I'm a light sleeper. Could not do it.

We stayed at the Hampton inn, Jackson Rate was high at over $430 per night. They were supposed to clean room every two days but we stayed 3 nights and never saw the cleaning crew. My wife is 77 years old and weighs 100 lbs. when her large suite case fell off dolly she looked for help from the desk manager and he just looked away. These folks apparently enjoy sticking it to tourist. Stick someone lose. We are gone and won’t be back. HMF. First word Hadios. I am sorry for being crude. When we checked in I offered to pay the female desk manager help us with our luggage.. I have copd and the altitude here is a killer. Anyway I didn’t have change for 10 tip so I gave her $20 and she promised to give me $10 back. Never saw her again. Jackson hole is first class operation. We may come back but not to Hampton Inn
