Très très calme malgré que ma suite était dans un étage bas. J’ai aimé la superficie de la suite le lit très très très confortable et la propreté

Quelques employés sont moins sympa je suis désolé de le dire mais au point qu’une employée ment au sujet que personne ne paralait français parmis ses collègues alors que deux d’être eux parlait très très bien le français et était même présent au moment voulu.

Good Location. That's about it. Terrible hotel

I had a terrible experience in this hotel. The first night no AC during the summer. Second day until noon no AC.. Then, nobody came to clean the room for 3 days. Front desk staff was super rude. I was never rude to them. And they were terrible. Do not spend your money here. Location is great. That's about it. Keep your expectations super low and you will be OK... Paying over $230 a night here is a rip off.. In my case was way more than that.

Staff was very helpful and the rooms were sparkling clean

The elevators were still smaller. Longer weights in the morning.

Great breakfast, lovely staff.. the front desk staff were beyond kind.

The hote performed very poorly. I had 2 reservations that were canceled incorrectly. Booking.com reached out to the hotel after I spent over an hour on the phone with booking.com and two reps at booking.com told me that the canceled booking HAD been restored and that the hotel rep by the name of Dominique confirmed on the phone call with booking.com that I can proceed to the hotel upon landing from my flight to Chicago and that I will be checked in. When I arrived at the hotel and I asked for and met Dominique, she first lied that she did not speak with booking.com, then afrer I pressed her and showed her the voice message on my phone with her conversation with booking.com, then she agreed it was her and then went on to say that she did not tell booking.com that I should proceed to their hotel and that I had accomodation. I was very very depressed because I arrived Chicago after much delays in my flight around 11PM. Sonesta did not do anything but to cause me grief and contradict their discussions on the phone with booking.com. Dominique went even further to say that booking.com always lies to them.
