Good location, it was a good, comfortable room.

Not a great wifi connection. In the bedroom it almost didn’t work. Breakfast almost no choice and very unhealthy.

Location, breakfast, spacious rooms.

I had come from another hotel in the Magnificent Mile, where the staff was very accommodating and let us check in early at no extra charge. The Sonesta quoted us $50 to check in early. Really turned me off and I wouldn’t stay there again. We have stayed at a lot of hotels in this area in Chicago and the Sonesta ES has been the only one that charged for early check in when a room was available.

Awful staff Cleaning once week Had to ask fora towels and sometimes front desk staff didn’t want to send. The lady from breakfast was the worst.

Room was huge,quiet, clean. Building was also quiet and clean. Free bfast was substantial. They offer free coffee, tra, and hot coco.

Elevator broke but it was quickly repaired. Humming in the room but I think it was from the wind against the building
