Sonesta ES Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile Medical

Location in Streeterville, close to mag mile, was great. Elevators are small for luggage carts. Breakfast was just adequate to start your day. There are also good breakfast restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in a two bedroom, 1 bath suite. The room was quiet when they weren't working on the outside. There is construction going on outside the building.

The woman in charge of breakfast buffet Chanin is absolutely an amazing person She deserves a big raise and employee of the month appreciation award.

We had searched for 2 separate rooms for 2 nights. Booking.com presented this hotel in response. We accepted it, and when we received the confirmation, we found it was only 1 room with 2 separate beds. This was not what we requested, yet the hotel tried to charge us though we immediately cancelled. We will dispute the charge with our credit card company. Booking.com should refund the charge, given the error. When a customer requests 2 separate rooms for 2 nights, it is deceptive to present a single room with 2 beds.
