The location was great

The parking was only valet and way too expensive

I like the location and cleaning

The customer service was top notch from the customer service desk to the valet attendant. All were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also a nice touch. The food was tasty and again the staff was extremely helpful.

The door to the bathroom would not close and it was noisy due to construction.

Breakfast is very much lite, can do better

Spacious room with kitchen and loveseat, walkable to the pier. The breakfast was really good! The coffee was always out and average at best.

The train was kind of a haul and at night the ataff seemed to always be dealing with rowdy people. Made it feel a little unsafe.

Breakfast, the location, and the size of our room.

Our room could have been cleaner. We paid for an early check-in. The day we checked-in, I noticed some hair and a few crumbs on the floor but didn’t think much of it because we were so exhausted from our travel day and errands. The next day, as we were able to be in the room more, I noticed more hair and crumbs, and a pair of hoop earrings on the carpet. When I called the front desk to let them know and to ask them if someone could come vacuum, I was told a little curtly that if I had let someone know at check-in, they could have re-cleaned the room or switched our room, but now housekeeping may not be able to clean the room (again, we were out running errands and then were tired and didn’t have the chance to fully inspect the room the day of check-in). However, she did end up sending someone up to vacuum and it was much better. There was hair and dust behind the toilet as well-it could have used a little more attention to detail to the little nooks and crannies. However, we were still comfortable and enjoyed the room and our stay, and we would stay again!
