Most of the staff was awesome. One semi-bad experience and the manager never called us back as promised. The bath room is TINY. We had to switch rooms after the 1st night because the floor got soaked with water. Apparently from a known issue with the AC unit. The second room was dirty and had a 1/2 eaten chicken bit in it. The light that was under the TV fell down. Wont be going back

Close to air base. Nice facility.

Over priced, uncomfortable bed and rude stuff

When we arrived the ft desk clerk said they only clean every 2 days. We said fine, but when we returned at 9pm on the 3rd day and it still had not been cleaned. I was upset. I went to the ft desk to get new towels and no one was there. I said "hello" loudly. No one came. I went to the office door which was ajar and knocked, again no answer. I finally looked into the office and saw the clerk standing, but bent over at the waist passed out on top of the desk. Again, I said "hello, excuse me". After the 3rd time and raising my voice, she started to stir. I went back to the ft desk and when she came out you could tell she was completely drugged. She tried to tell me she tripped on something then started trying to tell me that she had a problem with her nose. I said I needed towels and she came back with tissues up her nose. The next day I spoke with the GM and she excused her behavior and said we must have asked that our room not be cleaned! She said the clerk was having nose issues. While I am sorry for that, being on pain killers so strong that you cannot be awakened is a problem! I feel one of the key services a ft desk clerk provides is safety at night. If no one is at the ft desk and is so drugged they fail to hear anything, I'd say they're not doing their job.

Our stay was out of necessity for a multi-day baseball tournament nearby. For that it was acceptable, HOWEVER I was sold a King-size bed & sofa sleeper at $400./night. It was ABSOLUTELY NOT a King, (I have one myself, and not even a California-King). It wasn’t even a Queen, at best it was is Full. The funniest was when I was told they use King sheets, so it has to be a King, lol. #Ripoff.

Stay was good, as expected.

Room is outdated. Heater did not work. Couch looks like it’s from the 70s. Food is overpriced. Go to a local restaurant and you will be much happier.
