Staff at housekeeping were very friendly and helpful.

A staff member walkied into the room without knocking he did apologise but it was very uncomfortable. He said he didn't know room was occupied. A staff member when having breakfast was very cross as my partner found a dirty plate so he took a different one the staff wiped thw dirt iff the plate with his finger and put plate back then started slamming doors and followed my partner around when he got breakfast.

Every time I needed a shower had to phone reception and ask them to turn the boiler on
